The multidisciplinary nature of this widely recognised business leadership degree, with its emphasis on the international hospitality and tourism industry, allows students to develop transferable leadership skills and apply them across any industry.


The Master in Tourism programme (Parts 1 and 2) will provide graduates with the knowledge base and competencies to critically analyse and research a range of sectors within the international hospitality and tourism industry from different leadership and functional perspectives.

Most importantly, it will encourage graduates to develop appropriate and effective leadership responses to strategic opportunities and challenges which, in turn, will give them a competitive edge in a rapidly expanding and changing marketplace. Part 1 leads to the award of the Postgraduate Diploma, while Part 2 which includes the writing of a Dissertation leads to the award of the Master of Science degree in International Hospitality & Tourism Management.

    The IELTS – or the International English Language Test System – tests your English-language abilities (writing, listening, speaking, and reading) on a scale of 1.00–9.00.     The TOEFL – or Test OF English as a Foreign Language – offers a paper-based test (PBT). The final, overall PBT score ranges between 310 and 677, and is based on an average taken from the three test components (listening, structure, and reading).   • Hold a bachelor degree (or equivalent) from an accredited or otherwise recognized institution (the undergraduate major doesn't need to match up with your graduate programme)
  • Alternatively have several years of work experience, at positions of relevance, in the field of the graduate programme; recommendation letters are essential
  • Meet the English Language Proficiency Requirements
