The Office of Student Support and Intervention (OSSI) offers clinical and behavioral intervention and case management for students who may have support needs related to health, mental health, significant environmental concerns, or support system concerns.

The SHWC provides primary care and mental health services in an outpatient setting. Licensed, professional staff include but are not limited to: a Family Practice Physician, Family Nurse Practitioners, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurses; and other allied health professionals.
SOU Outdoor Program (OP) advocates the spirit of adventure for students. We offer student led trips throughout the school year for the entire campus community, as well as, high quality camping/rafting/kayaking/backpacking equipment rentals for students and the community. The Outdoor Program is an inclusive campus resource for all students, and is associated with Student Life. The OP also supports all the adventure- based clubs on campus. Student clubs and organizations serve as a means for connecting with other students, providing leadership development and opportunities, appreciating diversity, encouraging civic engagement, enhancing your college experience. There are many privileges associated with being a registered club/organization at SOU.
Together with the ISIC Association and British Council IELTS, StudyPortals offers you the chance to receive up to £10000 to expand your horizon and study abroad. We want to ultimately encourage you to study abroad in order to experience and explore new countries, cultures and languages.
