The Mission of the Moscow University Touro is to serve those seeking personal and professional growth and the world business community in the new century by preparing potential leaders through cutting edge instruction distinguished by its international, cross-cultural and ethical components.



Method of instruction ranges from traditional lectures (some including power-point presentations) to complete student participation wherein students make oral presentations and/or engage in lively debates.

Academic programs Moscow University Touro offers:

  • Bachelor of Science in Business and Management in cooperation with Touro College;
  • Russian Diploma in Business and Management under the Russian Ministry of Education;
  • Masters of Business Administration in cooperation with Touro College of New York;
  • English as a Second Language (ESL);

Library services

Moscow University Touro Library contains about 40,000 items most of which are in English. The library has a large collection of standard works primarily related to business, law and economics but also covering the liberal arts, sciences and literature.

ICT services

Since computer literacy is essential in today's business world, computer use instruction and a computer laboratory with the latest equipment and software are available to students of Moscow University Touro. There are some 30 workstations, each with Internet connection, available for students to conduct research on the Internet, send or receive e-mail or prepare documents for courses.

Student Life

Campus life

Our campus is situated on a quiet street inside Moscow’s old center between Kurskaya Railway Station and Pokrovsky Boulevard, not far from Chistie Prudi and Pokrovskie Vorota. All classrooms, computer and language labs, library and administrative offices, cafeteria and fitness center are contained in one secure facility. The main building, and surrounding buildings, have historic character and date from the 19th century.

Sports facilities

Our modern fitness is equipped with the latest exercise equipment, showers and changing rooms for women and men. It is open during University hours for students and staff.

Student clubs

Throughout the academic year, students organize or participate in a variety of student activities, including a Student Club, Business Club, concerts, disco dances and other events.

The Debate Club actively hosts and participates in competitions with teams from other state and private universities in Moscow.
